Hello! and welcome to Philippine 4D/Last two Lotto Tips. The purpose of this site is to provide people who play the lottery with tips as to what numbers to play for the Philippine 4D/Last two Lotto draws. We now have a new home on the Net. New home, new tips, new look. This is certainly a much better and faster host for our needs, wouldn't you say? If you were used to the pages loading as slow as molasses at the old host, I think you'd be startled at just how quickly our pages load over here. :-)

By the way, my name is Richard. We reside in Cagayan de Oro. Some of you know me as the guy who supplied you with 3D/Suertres tips. Well, not anymore because of reasons outlined below. I am now here to provide you with tips on what numbers to play for tonight's 4D Lotto game. I thought of building this website so that I won't be the only one to say "Oh man, another opportunity wasted!!"

I also thought of constructing this website because of the PCSO's (Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office) pronouncement to conduct two draws instead of only one for 3D/Suertres in one day. I mean, you know, who can keep up? If you were the one providing tips, could you keep up with two draws in a day? Even if you could, do you have the time, much less the money to go on the Internet and upload your stuff?? I don't know about you but I certainly couldn't keep up and definitely don't have the money. So, it's goodbye 3D/Suertres, hello 4D/Last two for me. One draw is fine but two draws is too many.





Actually, I had already been giving tips for 4D/Last two by email to close friends and believe it or not (believe na lang mo aron madali), they actually won a few times long before the PCSO's announcement. The PCSO's announcement that night really made you feel as if a heavy burden was now upon your shoulders. As if a stack of papers was just shoved into your desk. Their resolve to conduct two draws in one day drove me to switch to 4D/Last two tip giving entirely because with 4D/Last two being played only on MWF, it is much more laid back, more relaxed. Besides, I think 3D/Suertres is not really worthwhile because we may score a hit but it's just a pittance as when compared to striking it rich with 4D. That is, if and when we'll hit with 4D. :-)

I also thought of constructing this website in response to the President's (PGMA) call to help end abject poverty right after the ULTRA tragedy, even though I myself am wallowing in stern poverty. I myself am a charity case. If the radio announcers who still have many things to do are able to provide us with tips, then why can't I? This is what I do. Just idling away the hours until the next 4D lotto results come up every other night. And then every day when we wake up, it's 4D/Last two lotto again on our heads as we have to try to predict the numbers to play for that night's draw.

I never won because I also have no money to play the lottery. I am poor. I am as poor as a church mouse. I may be poor but listen to this "No one is too poor to not to be able to give, and no one is too rich to not be able to receive." Perhaps you'll win 4D/Last Two with my tips. Perhaps, maybe, possibly, conceivably. Perhaps I could somehow, in some way help with the pitiful state of destitution in our country. With blessings from above and with lady luck on our side.... Who knows?? As the PCSO's advertisement goes.... Malay mo?

There is only one thing I ask of you. What's that, you might say. A cut. A cut from your winnings. I won't ask you immediately for a cut because I know you've still got to recoup from your losses but if you win frequently or you win a sizeable amount using or with the help of my tips, please don't forget to send some cash my way so that we'll be delighted to continue, carry on and persist in this effort. Also so that we'll have something to compensate for keeping the telephone ringing and the lights lit over here. I am running this site merely on a barethread budget. Is there a word like that? Barethread budget?? :-)

Just go to an MLhullier branch closest to you and inform the salesperson that you want to send off a cut from your booty. My mobile phone number is in the FAQ. If you will not send me a cut from your winnings, I would also accept donations, y'know. Or if you will neither send me any cut from your winnings nor a donation, just check my ads out. They are above and below or this one on the left. Just check 'em out, I did not say click. But if you like what you see, then go ahead and make my day. Check my ads out and patronize and support them. Frequent their establishments. Shop at their places. Utilize their products or services. Visit their sites. If you would rather not do any of the above, then just situate a person with disabilities in your consciences because that is what I am, k? May the good Lord above bless you. :-)

Like actually buying something, downloading something, signing up or whatever. In other words, if you have no business going to the advertised sites, leave well enough alone!! Huwag na nating pakialaman pa yang ibang ads na makikita nyo diyan. Hindi sa atin yan. Well, actually, all of the ads that you see here are mine as well. :-)

A word to the wise: Do not gamble your greenbacks if it's the only fad left in your pockets!! Or in our case, it's redbacks. Are we clear? Understood? Comprehend? Get the message? Get the drift? OK, we're clear as mud!! :-)
